Changsheng has 13 DVS qualified welders (EN ISO 9606-1) with over 20 years of experience. With these welders, we can handle most projects and provide perfect welding components. In order to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness, two welding robots (one TIG and one MIG) were used in production. Changsheng also offers laser welding. By providing high-quality welding services, we can meet the requirements of customers in different industries for various products.
TIG welding Tungsten inert gas welding, sometimes called TIG, is an arc welding using non consumable tungsten electrode for welding. Inert gases such as argon or helium are used to protect the welding area from contamination. The plasma column is composed of highly ionized gas and metal vapor, which transmit energy through an arc and are generated by a constant current welding power source. Unlike more direct welding methods, TIG is a cleaner welding method that produces slag or metal fragments that often peel off from the weld seam. In situations where welding slag is prohibited, this is a perfect process, such as for applications that require a neat and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
